LTNG Capital targets build-to-rent and build to sell development opportunities, where our partners are the majority owners of companies that help progress our investments further, faster. Our partners handle every step of the process including Identification of deals, development, construction, financing, property management, listing to sell or rent, and in-house contracting crews. We pride ourselves in our offerings of Partnership Projects that give our investors the opportunity to partner with us in our new construction or development opportunities. These opportunities become available through investing our LTNG Debt Fund. Our Debt Fund offers low risk, consistent returns ranging from 7-10%. As the primary funding partner of Flash Funding Mortgage and Flash Funding Mortgage LTL, these notes are guaranteed by both, Flash Funding Mortgage, and the end borrower, ensuring multiple layers of security. LTNG Capital’s competitive edge comes from the rapid deployment of capital mixed with our 2x2 approach. We invest in a range of assets, including purchasing notes of distressed single-family real estate, new construction, multi-family, mixed-use properties, and securitized products like RMBS and CMBS. Our strategy leverages decades of experience, a rigorous underwriting process, a streamlined approval system, and at least two exit strategies per deal to mitigate investment risks.
