Austin Pool: Managing Partner
Austin Pool is the Founder and Owner of Flash Funding Mortgage, Flash Funding Mortgage LTL, Flash Funding Franchise, and LTNG Capital, LLC. Austin specializes in positioning key players and individuals within companies to progress further, faster. Austin is pioneering and redefining the mortgage industry by utilizing the latest technology to reduce overhead, simplify processes, and lower the percentage of human error when it comes to reviewing and analyzing all documents within the mortgage process from origination to fulfillment. He has a dense investment experience starting in 2017, with having a pivotal role in the expansive growth of a company from 4 employees to over 30 employees, and originating 10MM to over 100MM per year in loans at the time of his resignation to then branching off to start and successful grow multiple companies. Austin specializes in working with real estate investors offering short term and long-term loan solutions while also investing himself.

Tyler Alberson: Fund Manager
Tyler Alberson has been a full-time entrepreneur and investor since 2013. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, Tyler began his journey as an investor in 2012. Tyler previously worked as a real estate broker in Texas and Colorado for ten years, specializing in multifamily investments, mobile home parks, and small developments. He has been involved in over $12 million in acquisitions, dispositions, and assets under management, assisting hundreds of investors in diversifying their portfolios with alternative asset classes. Tyler's current portfolio comprises over 250 units, including multifamily properties, mobile home parks, and STR/MTR rentals. His skill set includes investor relations, fund operations, and market analysis. Cody Richards: President of Project Management
Cody Richards is an experienced real estate investor, owning real estate investment portfolio valued at over 20M, including over 40 Single family homes, RV Parks, and Storage Units. Cody owns and operates Richards Real Estate Group serving as a broker housing 13 agents. Additionally, he owns and operates Investor Asset Management of Texas, a Texas based property management company that specializes in managing investors rental portfolio including the Partnership Projects of LTNG Capital.
Bryan Ward: Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Bryan Ward has been originating loans since 2002, owns and operates two correspondent mortgage companies, and is truly an expert of the mortgage industry. Bryan has been involved in over 1.375 Billion in loan originations of conventional loans. Bryans experience, relationships and risk mitigation practices brings invaluable expertise to the deployment and capital allocation of LTNG Capital Partners.
Perry Thomas: Partner and CEO of Partnership Projects
Perry Thomas has been in the Real Estate Construction Industry for over 45 years and has been involved in over 10,000 homes equaling well over $2 Billion Dollars in Revenues. In addition to owning his own Building Companies and Mortgage Companies during this time, he also rose to high level management positions with several National Builders. Perry served as a Division President in Houston for both David Weekley Homes and Morrison Homes. He also served as the Texas Group Vice President for AR Homes based out of Florida.
Cody Thomas: Partner and Construction Project Manager
Cody is an expert in real estate construction management. Cody specializes in the financial and analytical aspects of the industry with his responsibilities ranging from managing vendors and contractors, invoicing, purchasing, as the general construction management. Throughout his career, he has honed outstanding skills in project management, document control, risk management, customer service, and regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record of innovating processes to maximize operational efficiency while controlling spend.
